But remember: you don’t need to have it all, or the latest and greatest gadgets. Just remember, your newborn only needs a warm body, a full belly, and a heart full of love - and so do you. Pack whatever brings you comfort, calm, and makes you feel safe.

And if you find you’ve forgotten something, don’t stress. Unless you live truly off the grid, you’ll be able to call on family and friends to pick up anything you might need in those early, precious days.
