My Body My Birth story
These cards were inspired by my own birth experiences and the realisation that so many women, like myself, enter birth without fully understanding what might unfold. I learned the hard way that if you don’t know your options, you don’t have any, and I don’t want that for you.
I created these cards because they are exactly what I needed during my own journey. I want you to feel prepared for the unexpected, confident in your choices, and empowered to speak up for what matters to you.
Whether you are planning to give birth in a hospital, birth centre or at home, or something changes along the way you deserve to understand your options and feel supported in your decisions.
